Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (218 C). Roll out your dough on a lightly floured surface. Then transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone dusted with cornmeal.

2. Vegan Pizza with Arugula Pesto and Roasted Portobellos from Oh She Glows

Ingredients:

1/2 batch of Easy Kale-Basil Pesto (recipe below)

1 portobello mushroom, stemmed and thinly sliced

3/4 cup finely chopped kale leaves

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp olive oil, divided

3/4 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese (I used Daiya)

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F and lightly grease a baking sheet. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine the kale, red onion, garlic, and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Massage with your fingers for a minute until the kale is slightly wilted. Set aside.

3. BBQ Chicken Pizza from Connoisseurs Veg

Ingredients:

1 recipe for pizza dough

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1 cup shredded vegan chicken (I used 2 packages of Upton’s Naturals Seitan)

1 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (218 C). Roll out your dough on a lightly floured surface. Then transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone dusted with cornmeal. Spread BBQ sauce over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle on vegan chicken, red onion, and cilantro.

4. The Ultimate Vegan Pizza from Hot For Food

Ingredients:

1 recipe for pizza dough

1 jar (12 oz) marinara sauce

1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed out

1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese (I used Daiya)

1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (218 C). Roll out your dough on a lightly floured surface. Then transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone dusted with cornmeal. Spread marinara sauce over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle on spinach, vegan cheese, and nutritional yeast flakes.

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 bunch spinach, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese, plus more for topping

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (218 C). Roll out your dough on a lightly floured surface. Then transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone dusted with cornmeal. In a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil until fragrant. Add spinach and artichoke hearts and cook until spinach is wilted.
