Process

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C/390°F. 
  • Wipe the jackfruit off with a paper towel. Warm the 2 tbsp olive oil over medium warmth in a medium griddle. Saute for 20 minutes, blending incidentally. Put away to cool. 
  • While the jackfruit is cooking, heat the 3 tbsp olive oil for the bread garnishes over a medium-high warmth in a little griddle. Fry the garlic for about 1½-2 minutes, halting in case it’s sautéing excessively fast.
