  • Mash 2 overripe bananas and whisk it together with ⅓ cup coconut sugar, two teaspoons vanilla extract vanilla and ⅓ cup peanut butter.
  •  In another bowl, mix ¾ cup pea protein, one teaspoon baking powder,¼ cup cocoa powder, and ½ cup rolled oats.
  •  Mix ingredients in both containers and use three tablespoons of dough per cookie. You can even add chocolate chips.
  • Cook in a 365-degree F preheated oven for 13-15 minutes.

You can store these cookies for five days and a month in the refrigerator.

2. Chunky Monkey Banana Protein Cookies

This cookie is the perfect combination of banana chocolate and nuts. This vegan cookie recipe is the best gluten-free and refined sugar-free breakfast option.


  • Take a bowl, add banana slices, ⅓ cup almond butter, and a splash of water and beat until it is smooth. 
  • Mix 1 cup ground almonds, one teaspoon baking powder, one teaspoon cinnamon, 25g Vegan Protein-protein powder, and 1/2 teaspoon common salt and whisk until combined.
  •  Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts(optional). 
  • Prepare ten cookies and drop a banana slice on each cookie’s tops and press a little bit. Bake them for 18-20 minutes in a 360 degree F preheated oven.

You can store these cookies for up to a day at room temperature and two days in the refrigerator.

3. Banana coconut cookies

These vegan protein cookies are gluten-free, healthy, and prepared with only six ingredients. A piece of cookie will give you 90 calories, 8g carbs, 6g fat, and 5g protein.


  • Take a bowl and mix 1 cup of any vegan protein powder, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 cup coconut flour, two teaspoon baking soda, and 1 cup mashed ripe bananas together until thoroughly combined. 
  • Unlike regular cookie dough, it will be sticky and wet. Once mixed, add 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Prepare a ball from 2 tablespoon dough. 

You can store these cookies for three days at room temperature and a week in the refrigerator.
